Mr Bardeep Rana is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in Hip Surgery. He has a special interest in hip replacement and management of hip arthritis. He graduated from the University of Bombay and pursued higher surgical training in Trauma & Orthopaedics in the west of Scotland.

During his Clinical Lecturer post at Glasgow University & Western Infirmary, he had extensive training in management of young adult hip arthritis, complex primary hip replacement and revision hip replacement.

He has been in a Consultant post since 2003. He is currently working as a Consultant in Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgery at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Glasgow. He has performed a wide range of simple and complex primary hip replacements and revision hip replacements.

Mr Rana has private practice approval from major insurance companies including BUPA, WPA and Aviva.
