Miss Ashleigh Mellors qualified in 2014 with a BSc Hons in Orthoptics. 

Miss Mellors' current practice is based at Gartnavel General Hospital in Glasgow. She has a strong background in both Neuro-ophthalmology and genetics, and she is also the lead clinical tutor for South Glasgow hospitals for undergraduate students in the field of orthoptics. Miss Mellors also has previous experience in orthoptic research

Miss Mellors has a specialist role in paediatrics.
