About Mrs Anne Mitchener

Personal Profile

Anne qualified in Psychology at University College London, followed with a PhD at the Institute of Psychiatry in drug abuse.

She then qualified in medicine from Cambridge in 1987 and completed neurosurgical training in London, Glasgow and Edinburgh - added to the principle list as a Consultant Neurosurgeon in 2001.

Anne worked as a consultant in Norway for 4 years and then at King's College Hospital until 2009 when she became fully independent with practices in Surrey and London.

A member of the British Association of Spinal Surgeons, Society of British Neurological Surgeons with over twenty years’ experience of spinal surgery.

She performs spinal surgery for the NHS and private patients offering a complete outpatient and inpatient service.
