Personal Profile

Dr McEntegart has been a Consultant Rheumatologist for 13 years, caring for patients with a broad range of rheumatological conditions.

She graduated in 1990 from Glasgow University with both an Intercalated BSc in Immonology and MBChB. She then commenced her general medical training at the Southern General Hospital, Glasgow (now the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital).

In 1994, Dr McEntegart started Rheumatology training in the West of Scotland and completed Consultant training in 2002 (including two periods of maternity leave). She then obtained a Consultant post in 2003 for North Glasgow with clinical responsibilities at Glasgow Royal Infirmary and Stobhill Hospitals.
