She currently works with the NHS as a First Contact Physiotherapist but is highly passionate about all aspects of pelvic health. She believes in a patient-centred approach to care and strongly advocates for empowering her clients through education. She strives to stay up to date with the latest advances in the field through peer discussions and journal reading. In her free time, she enjoys gentle yoga, walks, good music, and great food to unwind.
