Mr Morritt is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon in full time private practice who specialises in cosmetic breast and body surgery. He previously worked as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. Mr Morritt has a busy cosmetic surgery practice and regularly treats patients from all over England and the United Kingdom. He is a full member of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS). Mr Morritt is recognised as a Specialist Plastic Surgeon on the General Medical Council Specialist Register and is fully certified by the Royal College of Surgeons of England for Cosmetic surgery of the breast, body, eyelids and ears.

Mr Morritt was fortunate to train with many of the most highly regarded plastic surgeons in the UK, Australia and Canada. Plastic surgery training in Leeds was followed by 2 years training at the world-renowned Plastic Surgery Unit at St Vincent's Hospital, Melbourne. During this time, Mr Morritt also undertook research in Tissue Engineering at the prestigious O’Brien Institute that resulted in a Medical Doctorate (MD) from the University of Melbourne. His research findings were widely reported in the international news and resulted in multiple prestigious scientific publications and presentations to learned societies around the world.

Following this formative period in Australia, Mr Morritt returned to the UK to continue his specialist training in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery in Sheffield, Nottingham and Leicester. He was awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (FRCS(Plast)) in 2011. He then undertook additional specialist training in Cosmetic Surgery as the National Interface Fellow in Aesthetic Surgery.

Mr Morritt subsequently spent 1 year at the Toronto General and the Women’s College Hospitals, Canada as the Fellow in Breast Reconstruction, during which he was trained by world leaders in the fields of Cosmetic and Reconstructive Breast Surgery. This was followed by a year of specialist training as the Microsurgery Fellow at Imperial College, London where the emphasis of his training was on the reconstruction of complex defects of the breast and head and neck regions.

Mr Morritt is delighted to offer personalised care to his patients. He believes in an honest and open approach to consultations and aims to give patients realistic and achievable options.
