Dr Amy Luck is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 11 years’ experience supporting individuals, couples and families with a wide range of emotional and behavioural difficulties. She is HCPC registered and a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society.

Dr Luck completed her academic training at the University of London and the University of Manchester. She has extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, emotion regulation problems, self-harm and eating disorders.

She has worked within the Oxford Health NHS eating disorder service for the past eight years and has particular specialist expertise in this area. Her therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema-focused CBT, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills, mindfulness, motivational interviewing and solution-focused therapy.

Dr Luck offers both time-limited and longer-term therapy in a confidential, supportive setting, alongside ongoing involvement in research, teaching at Oxford University, and professional supervision.
