Amrita completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree in 2012 from the West Bengal University of Health Sciences. She began her career in a multi-specialty hospital in India, where she gained broad clinical experience across intensive care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, paediatrics, orthopaedics, neurology, and women’s health. Her work in both hospital and clinic-based environments, as well as in independent practice, has shaped her adaptable and patient-centred approach to care.

After relocating to the UK, Amrita joined the NHS, where she further developed her clinical expertise before progressing into a private hospital role at The Chiltern Hospital. She now specialises in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, providing tailored rehabilitation programmes to support recovery and long-term wellbeing.

Amrita is passionate about helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their quality of life. She has a strong foundation in manual therapy, electrotherapy, and exercise prescription, and continues to explore complementary and holistic approaches to enhance patient outcomes.
