Alice is a Clinical Lead Specialist Dietitian with 16 years of experience in weight management, obesity and bariatric nutrition across NHS and private healthcare settings. She is also Clinical Lead Dietitian for the Specialist Weight Management Service at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW).
Alice supports people living with obesity and weight-related health conditions, helping them understand and navigate the treatment options available. Depending on their individual needs, this may include dietary and lifestyle changes, weight-loss medication, endoscopic procedures or bariatric surgery.
She has extensive experience supporting patients before and after bariatric surgery, helping them optimise their nutritional health, adapt to dietary changes and achieve sustainable, long-term results. Alice also has specialist knowledge of nutrition alongside weight-loss medication and the ongoing nutritional needs of patients following bariatric procedures.
Alice recognises that weight management can be complex, and that many people may have tried different approaches before seeking specialist support. Her approach is practical, compassionate and evidence-based. She takes the time to understand each patient’s individual circumstances, lifestyle and goals, working with them to develop realistic strategies that can be maintained over the long term.
She is committed to creating a supportive and non-judgemental environment where patients feel listened to, informed and confident in managing their health and wellbeing.
