About Dr Alastair Douglas Kerr

Personal Profile

Dr Alastair Kerr qualified from Birmingham University in 1994 and undertook most of his training in the South West of England before being appointed as a Consultant Physician at the Royal United Hospital, Bath.

Dr Kerr is happy to see people with a range of medical problems and his main interest is the management of falls, dizziness and syncope (loss of consciousness). He is the Lead Consultant for the NHS Falls clinic at St Martin’s Hospital and attends International and National Conferences in this area of work. He also looks after acutely unwell patients admitted to hospital and runs regular General Medical clinics.

Dr Kerr is also very happy to see patients in their own home or at the Bath Clinic. He can also admit patients to the Bath Clinic if they need acute treatment or investigations.
