Worked in Bariatric Surgery NHS in UK since 2009. In 2018 appointed as   Substantive Consultant Surgeon in General, Emergency, and Bariatric Surgery in Homerton Hospital London.

Provides independent all major bariatric primary operations: laparoscopic gastric bypass, mini-gastric bypass, sleeve gastrectomy, laparoscopic gastric band and common bariatric revisional and emergency operations. Experience in duodenal switch and SADI-S procedures.
Provides independent Elective Laparoscopic General Surgery and Emergency Surgery operations.

Formally appraised Educational Supervisor in NHS. Personally trains, supervises and assess Fellow Consultants, Senior Bariatric Fellows, Specialty Registrars from London Deanery, Junior Doctors as well as medical students.

  • Bariatric Surgery: laparoscopic gastric bypass, sleeve gastrectomy, laparoscopic gastric band, bariatric revisional operations, malabsorptive and emergency bariatric operations. 
  • Laparoscopic Surgery: laparoscopic anti-reflux surgery - hiatus hernia, laparoscopic cholecystectomy, laparoscopic inguinal and femoral hernia, laparoscopic incisional and umbilical hernia, laparoscopic appendicectomy.
  • General Surgery: open inguinal, incisional and umbilical hernia operations, excision of skin lesions, emergency appendicectomy and emergency laparotomies.
