Our approach

Our rehabilitation programmes are medically-led - your care and rehabilitation is overseen by one of our specialist rehabilitation consultants and physicians.

Our orthopaedic post-surgery rehabilitation program is designed to address the diverse challenges individuals may face after surgery, including pain, stiffness, reduced mobility, and decreased independence.

Our services can accommodate all needs and stages of rehabilitation from highly specialised, intensive rehabilitation post-surgery, to targeted training exercise programmes, delivered in our outpatient physiotherapy department.

  • Treatment and support for patients

Upon admission, a comprehensive nursing and therapy will take place. If necessary, further examinations will be carried out at one of our local hospitals. Your initial assessment will include a discussion on your goals to ensure that these are included in your treatment plan.

You can expect up to three hours of therapy sessions a day, including support with activities of daily living, enabling independence. Supportive skills sessions, such as independent meal preparation in our state of the art kitchen.

We will help you to develop functional abilities, such as support with tackling the outside environment and returning to hobbies, through developing strength, gait re-education and management strategies with the latest technology.

You'll have regular visits from your supervising consultant and therapists to ensure your progress is reflected in on-going goal setting and review.

  • 24-7 nursing care

We offer 24-hour nursing care and medical cover according to individual need. We'll make sure you're properly prepared when the time comes to be discharged from Circle Rehabilitation Centre.
