Through MyWay, virtual GP appointments are often available on the same day, including evenings and weekends, to fit around busy work and life schedules. You can even choose your preferred GP gender.
Fast access to specialist healthcare and diagnostic testing means your staff don't have to worry or wait for a quick diagnosis. MyWay empowers your employees to get the answers they need and take control of their health and well-being.
MyWay also offers 10% off treatment at a Circle Health Group hospital* (see limitations), however we do not cover the cost of treatment. If paying for your own treatment, we provide flexible finance options, including interest free credit when you choose a 10-month plan, via Chrysalis Finance.****

How it works
MyWay provides your employees with access to a personalised digital health portal, supporting them throughout their health journey. This includes an easy-to-use appointment booking system and a physiotherapy support tool to aid recovery, with more features coming soon.
Through the portal, employees can book virtual GP appointments - often available on the same day. With a GP referral, they can schedule face-to-face appointments with a specialist consultant, who can arrange any necessary diagnostic tests or scans, such as MRI and CT, at a Circle Health Group hospital of their choice.***
If treatment is needed, they can schedule it without long waits and receive a 10% discount on the cost.
*Consultations and diagnostic services up to the value of £10,000 per year, following a GP referral, issued at least 60 days after becoming a member. A maximum of three claims per person per year is permitted

Terms and conditions, age and eligibility restrictions and exclusions apply
1. All appointments, tests and scans etc must be pre-approved and take place in a Circle Health Group hospital or designated clinic
2. On some occasions, travel to another Circle Hospital or designated clinic that is not local, may be required.
3. MyWay membership is only available to those aged 18-69 years, the subscription and insurance premium fee is based on age.
4. GP appointments can be booked after 30 days of becoming a member. Members are limited to 6 GP appointments per year
5. Approved consultations, tests and scans, requested by a MyWay specialist consultant, required to diagnose your condition are included up to the value of £10,000 per year.
6. MyWay does not provide cover for conditions for which you are already on a waiting list, prior to membership commencing.
7. Where approved, MyWay will provide cover for up to 3 claims per person per membership year and in accordance with the £10,000 total annual limit.
8. MyWay does not provide cover for consultations, tests or investigations that are related to existing symptoms experienced or referred prior to or within the first 60 days of membership.
9. Consultations, tests and scans under MyWay membership are not available at Bury St Edmunds Hospital, Southend Private Hospital, Werndale Hospital or Woodlands Hospital.
10. MyWay does not cover patients seeking a second medical opinion of a diagnosis given by another healthcare specialist.
11. MyWay membership does not include genetic tests, maternity, pregnancy, fertility, reproductive health, mental health symptoms and conditions, or infectious diseases.
12. 10% discount off hospital treatment is applicable to the hospital fees only. No discount is provided on the consultant's fees or the anaesthetist's fees associated with your surgery or treatment.
