You can book an appointment up to 7 days in advance, or wait to see the next available GP.

Appointments are usually available in less than 30 minutes, but the wait may be longer at busier times.

4. Wait for your GP to video call you in the app. You'll get a reminder just before the appointment

A Livi GP can give you medical advice, prescriptions and a referral to a specialist if you need to be seen in person. 

This service offered by Livi can be used by anyone who is a resident of, or currently located in the UK. You need to be aged 16 years or above, with a valid ID and access to an email and a mobile phone or tablet. Parents can also book an appointment on behalf of their child if they are between ages 2-16. If it's your first appointment, you will be asked to provide some extra personal information before booking. The cost includes prescription writing, fit notes and referrals. The cost of any prescribed medications is not included and will vary. Please note: medications prescribed by Livi's private pay-as-you-go service will not be eligible for any NHS exemptions or discounts. Full terms and conditions are available on livi.co.uk.
