Our multi-disciplinary team and wide range of facilities mean that patients can often be seen and referred on for treatment within 48 hours.*

The podiatric service at The Saxon Clinic is provided by Miss Helen Ketley, BSc(HONS), PG Cert, Clinical and Biomechanical Podiatrist.

Helen qualified as Podiatrist in 2005, and has worked in both the NHS and Private sectors.

Specialising in biomechanics, Helen is also able to perform minor nail surgery as resolution for ingrowing toe nails, debridement of callus (hard skin), reduction of thickened toe nails to improve overall appearance, and enucleation of corns.

Helen has also completed the Warwick Certificate in Diabetes care giving her an extended scope of practice in the treatment of Diabetic patients.

Helen is passionate about her job and looks forward to welcoming you at the Podiatry department.

How to book

Podiatry clinics are run on Mondays from 10am until 1.30pm.

Payment Options

Accessing private healthcare is easy, whether you choose to pay directly or use private medical insurance.

If you are paying for yourself, we can usually offer an upfront cost which you can then choose to pay in full or access one of our easy payment options.

If you have insurance, we can arrange direct settlement with your insurance provider, although you should check in advance to see if your treatment is covered. For more information, visit our private medical insurance page.

*Self-pay patients and subject to availability. In some cases a referral onto a specialist or for a scan may not be available on the same day as the initial podiatry consultation however please be assured that we will do our best to accommodate you at the earliest next available appointment. Insured patients will need to check with their insurer that they are covered for any additional treatment prior to being referred.
