About us

The Priory Hospital, part of Circle Health Group, is located in Birmingham, West Midlands. The Priory Hospital offers a wide range of treatments and services with access to some of the latest technology and equipment.

The hospital's facilities and experienced multi-disciplinary team support patients through their appointment, treatment, or operation. Our Outpatient Department provides the perfect space to meet specialist consultants and discuss any concerns that patients may have. We have a comprehensive imaging department for fast access to diagnosis and treatment.

We have an interventional suite for cardiac and radiology procedures, a dedicated cancer centre supporting patients at every step of their journey, a specialist fertility centre that offers a full range of conception therapies to help patients achieve their dream of becoming parents and a Critical Care Unit giving patients and consultants the peace of mind that a higher level of support is available.

Our commitment is to provide patients with quality and value, with facilities for advanced surgical procedures together with friendly, professional care. Patients can access our services through private medical insurance or by self-paying.

The hospital provides the reassurance of level 3 Intensive Care and Level 2 High Dependency Care facilities at a level above most private hospitals, should they be required. A resident medical officer (RMO) is available 24 hours a day to ensure that the hospital provides an ideal environment for patients to be safe and cared for at all times.

Should your care needs change following surgery or treatment, we may need to transfer you to another hospital. This will either be to an NHS or another Circle hospital. Transfers of care only take place when absolutely necessary.
