About us

The Clementine Churchill Hospital is part of Circle Health Group, the leading provider of healthcare services throughout the UK, located in Harrow, North West London.

Our facilities combined with the latest onsite imaging and diagnostic technology enables the team of over 300 Consultants to undertake a wide range of procedures ranging from routine investigations to complex surgery. Some of the main private treatments offered at The Clementine Churchill Hospital include orthopaedic surgery, eye surgery, gynaecology, general surgery and gastroenterology.

We are the only service provider of paediatric surgery in Greater London, proving care for children from 0 – 18 years of age. With out JAG accredited stand-alone Endoscopy unit and AFPP recognised operating theatres, you can be rest assured you will receive the highest standard of patient care.

We are proud to share that 99% of our patients said the quality of their care was very good or excellent.

The hospital provides the reassurance of level 3 Intensive Care and Level 2 High Dependency Care facilities at a level above most private hospitals, should they be required. A resident medical officer (RMO) is available 24 hours a day to ensure that the hospital provides an ideal environment for patients to be safe and cared for at all times.

Should your care needs change following surgery or treatment, we may need to transfer you to another hospital. This will either be to an NHS or another Circle hospital. Transfers of care only take place when absolutely necessary.

Car

The Clementine Churchill hospital is approachable via the M25 (Junction 16), A40 and A41.

The hospital now has a ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition system) in our car park, which has been installed for additional safety and security and all patients and visitors. All patients and visitors are required to ensure they enter their vehicle registration details at one of the terminals located inside the hospital. If you do not register your vehicle then you will be issued with a fixed penalty. Please ask a member of staff or the reception staff for further assistance if needed.

Train

The hospital is a short distance from Sudbury Hill on the Piccadilly line, and is also accessible from Northwick Park and Harrow-on-the-Hill stations on the Metropolitan line, from which the hospital is a short taxi ride away.

Bus

Service H17 (Wembley to Harrow), and the 258 (Watford Junction to South Harrow) also stops nearby.

Air

Heathrow Airport is approximately eight miles away. Taxi is the easiest mode of transport between the airport and the hospital.

  • Please call the hospital where the patient is admitted, press zero for switchboard, and they will transfer your call to the patient’s room, or put you in touch with a nurse or a ward.
  • Yes, our hospitals have free WiFi access for our patients and visitors. 
  • Once your appointment is booked, you can request to receive a confirmation email or letter with all the necessary information. To find the confirmation email, please search your email inbox for any message from [email protected].

    You will also receive a text reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment with all the details you need. Please note that this will not be sent if the appointment is booked within 48 hours of the appointment date.

      The Clementine Churchill Hospital, offers private treatments and services for those who live in Harrow, Wembley and Northolt, as well as the surrounding areas. We offer a variety of private treatments, including private hip and knee surgery, ACL surgery, as well as glaucoma and cataract surgery.

      The hospital has 121 beds with all rooms offering the privacy and comfort of ensuite facilities, including TV and  Wi-Fi.

      The hospital has five theatres, an endoscopy suite, and a Level 3 Intensive Care unit. The Clementine Churchill Hospital is the only private hospital in Greater London with a dedicated Children and Young People ward.
