Our physiotherapy service accepts new self-referrals - you do not need to have seen your GP or a Consultant to refer yourself for Physiotherapy.

We can offer you advice and treatment for the prevention of sports injuries, rehabilitation post injuries. In addition to assessing what has contributed to your risk of injury including your biomechanics, muscle imbalances and look to address these moving forwards.

Your routine initial appointment will involve a 45-minute assessment of your condition so that a treatment programme can be specifically developed with you. Further sessions will consist of 30 minute appointments. Women’s Health and Hand Therapy session vary slightly with 60-minute assessment of your condition.

If you are paying for yourself, we can usually offer an upfront cost which you can then choose to pay in full or access one of our easy payment options. Prices start from £74 for an initial assessment and £60 for a follow up appointment.
