Dr Philip Bell is a Consultant in Sports and Exercise. He is currently a Consultant to:

- Royal Ballet School
- Derby County F.C.
- Wimbledon Championships
- ATP World Tour finals
He works for N.E Oxfordshire NHS Trust and has a busy clinic in Harley street. Dr Bell was the England cricket teams Chief Medical Officer from 1995 to 2001, touring with them to South Africa, India and Pakistan in 1995 -1996. He Helped establish the ECB’s Science and Medical Advisory Group (SMAG), with the remit of establishing world class science and medical support to England cricket.
He is an examiner and appraiser for the Faculty of Sports and Exercise Medicine and lectures nationally and internationally on injury in ballet, tennis, cricket and soccer and has keen interests in the management of tendinopathy, stress fracture and low back pain in sport.
He is a recent past Clinical Director of Musculoskeletal Services for BUPA wellness.
