Personal Profile
After taking both the General and ENT Fellowships of the Royal College of Surgeons of England he was a registrar in London then senior registrar in the south west region. He was a lecturer at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and visiting Fellow in Aukland for a year. His MD thesis was in nasal physiology.
He was appointed to Worcester in 1997 when it was a small unit serving Worcester only. He strove to expand it to the well respected and comprehensive unit that now serves the whole county, trains future surgeons and provides a high standard of NHS care.
His interests are French, shooting, skiing and beekeeping. His wife teaches in Worcester and we have three children.
