Mr Sehat specialises in surgery for the treatment of conditions of the adult knee and hip and performs computer aided knee replacement surgery for optimal outcomes in the treatment of severe arthritis of the knee. For severe hip arthritis, hip replacement surgery is performed with ceramic bearing technology for the best possible durability while many conditions of the knee can be treated with keyhole surgery (Arthroscopy).
Mr Sehat also performs surgery for conditions of the hip, other than arthritis, including Hip Impingement, a cause of pain in young adults, using a hip joint preserving operation. He also treats inflammation of tendons or bursitis using injections, physiotherapy and specific operations if required.
As well as standard joint replacement surgery for arthritis, Mr Sehat performs revision surgery, to renew troublesome or expired knee or hip replacements, and major replacement surgery for metastatic tumours around the hip or knee.
