His practice offers women a wide range of reconstructive and innovative options using abdominal, thigh, buttock and back tissues where appropriate. He prides himself on having a patient-tailored approach to achieve the most natural results.
Mr Hussain also has a sub-specialist interest in facial and body rejuvenation. His endoscopic brow lift procedure has gained much popularity amongst celebrities, and he is one of the few surgeons in the country who offer a mid-face lift to address mid-face ageing.
He completed his higher plastic surgery at Manchester. He also conducted burns research which led to several publications in peer-reviewed journals, national as well as international presentations and a prestigious American Burn Association award. After becoming a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, he completed an Aesthetic Fellowship and moved to London to hone his skills in microsurgery at the St. Marys’ Major Trauma Centre. Mr Hussain then joined the Breast Reconstructive Team at the world-renowned Centre of Excellence at Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford initially as a Fellow then as a Breast Reconstructive Consultant for 18 months.
Mr Hussain has since moved to Leeds General Infirmary where he has successfully set up the Regional Breast Reconstructive Service, which receives tertiary referrals for complex and challenging breast reconstructive cases.
He believes in a patient-centred approach and best evidence practice. He regularly attends national and international conferences to keep up to date with the latest innovative techniques to bring the best for his patients.
