Mr Kalan did his registrar training within the London Deanery. He was involved with clinical research at London Chest Hospital for a year, and has been an ENT consultant for the last 20 years. He's been an ENT clinical lead at the LNWH NHS trusts for the last 8 years.
Adept in ear diseases and NASO sinus disease management, Mr Kalan has a notable paediatric ENT practice. He's a specialist training committee panel member in the Northern Deanery, and a trainer on multiple courses.
Mr Kalan is able to see and perform surgery on children from the age of 3 at The Clementine Churchill Hospital.
